Mollitiam was established by Dr Wayne Mullen to bring contemporary, evidence-based approaches to organisational and leadership development.

Wayne has deep experience in leadership and organisational consulting. He has held roles as Chief People Officer in fintechs and a venture capital business, Global Head of Leadership and Organisational Development at VTB Capital, International Head of Leadership and Development for Standard Bank’s investment banking business and Senior Director of Global Leadership and Capability at King Games. He has worked with a number of organisations globally, including Xapo Bank, Ericsson, Barclays Capital, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Siemens, Deep, The Home Office, and National Australia Bank. Wayne also works as an Advisory Chief People Officer for organisations who need to build, transform or scale their people functions.

He has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Russia, and South Africa. He has significant experience in emerging markets and high-growth businesses.

Wayne holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (Occupational Psychology), an EMBA, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Organisational Development (awarded the Ken Goulding Prize for Research Excellence). His doctoral research focused on the experiences and development needs of minority leaders.

Wayne has contributed chapters to two books – The Tavistock Institute’s ‘Dynamics at Boardroom Level’ and Springer Nature’s book ‘Management for Professionals: Global Diversity Management’.

He is a Fellow of Leadership and Organisational Development at the Integrity Centre, a Visiting Professor of Leadership, Organisational Development, and Diversity at Middlesex University, and a trustee of The Attic Theatre Company.
