Join us for the launch of our monthly Employee Community Hub designed to bring employee affinity groups together for a monthly online session where we will:
- Introduce the impact of community wealth building, how OutBritain works with small LGBTQIA+ businesses, and the impact it has on our grassroots neighbourhoods.
- Provide access local suppliers for Pride Month / Lesbian Visibility Week / Trans Day of Visibility / LGBTQ+ History Month / ETC.
- Learn from industry experts on leadership development and maximizing your effectiveness as an employee network not just for pride but throughout the year.
- Exchange best practices on expanding employee outreach and engagement.
- Provide monthly access to role-models in different fields and disciplines.
- Apply intersectionality and how being LGBTQ+ is intertwined with all diversity, focusing heavily on the correlation between Disability /Neurodivergence, and best practices in openly creating more understanding and awareness.
- Utilise our monthly community to network and learn from the best and brightest.
We are soon to launch an online portal where each member of the Employee Community Hub can access tools and resources for: LGBTQ+ data, leadership development, growing and funding employee initiatives, a blog to share thoughts and conversation.
We will also introduce tool kits on:
- “Setting Up an Employee Resource Group”
- “Allyship”
- “Neurodiversity”
- “Community Wealth Building”
- “Pride Guide” – our annual listing of local vendors for all your LGBTQ+ needs such as swag, speakers, venues, catering, entertainment & more!
For all OutBritain Bronze/ Silver/ & Gold Corporate Members this programme will be at no cost and will be an added benefit to your membership.
For any corporations who are not OutBritain members the annual fee will be £3,000 for 12 months.
If you sign up before September 2024 we have a special rate of £2,600 for 12 months.
