Canine behaviourist & dog trainer, specialising in accessible dog sports and assistance dog training. We work with every client hollistically, with the goal of developing mutual communication between dog and handler, and are proud to say that we are exclusively force & fear free. Da Capo Dogs is not only focused in training Assistance Dogs, but can help every dog to learn the same life skills as those used on a daily basis by some of the best trained dogs in the world.
We also specialise in a sport called “wheelchair-joring”, and our Head Trainer is the first (and currently only) instructor in the world to teach this sport to clients. Whether it’s to learn some fun tricks, work on complex behavioural issues, or look at training your dog to be your future Assistance Dog, we are here and happy to help.

We are currently based in the North Devon area, but are able to teach many of our classes anywhere in the world through our remote training programme.
