I’m an inclusion consultant for small businesses.

I help small businesses and sole traders to take inclusive actions that widen their audiences, keep great staff/partners close, and do/make stuff that reaches more of the community. I do this through research, training, programmes, process reviews and conversations with you. ‘Inclusion work’ is great for small orgs and marginalised groups alike.

Before Inclusion Projects by Taz, I was a director of a small charity, with 10 years’ experience in training and inclusion.

Small businesses make up 99% of UK businesses. We enrich our communities in so many ways. Inclusive thinking is so beneficial to our own success and our communities’ wellbeing. However, inclusion activities and services have developed around the 1% of big businesses, and they don’t always translate well.

So I work with small businesses and community organisations to improve inclusion. I help you figure out the changes you can make to make it easy for many different people to like and trust your products, services and business.
