I’m so glad you are here 👋 My name is Andy (he/him). I’m a fully qualified (HPD, DSFH), accredited and insured Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. My practice is based in Upper Heyford (nr Bicester), Oxfordshire, UK and I also work online.

I assist people in regaining control of their lives and improve their mental health, by retraining their brains to overcome limiting thought patterns, master their emotions, and cultivate resilient behaviours for a brighter and more positive future.. I know… It’s awesome!

I specialise in supporting people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in a negative cycle, but also support many other issues – such as low-mood, fears and phobias, self-confidence, sexual issues, weight management and stressful life events to name a few. My approach is based on the latest research from neuroscience and incorporates the very best elements of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines a non-invasive form of ‘talking therapy’ with a gentle trance-like state that puts you in control, replacing negative anxious thoughts, allowing your mind to be open to positive changes. It’s a quick therapy, usually 8-12 sessions (but can vary), and doesn’t involve talking about the past.

It harnesses the principles of neuroplasticity to facilitate positive neural pathway changes, allowing you to reshape your thought patterns, emotions and behaviours towards a desired outcome (feeling better and coping better).
